OVERVIEW

It takes courage and strength to survive a trauma, to seek help, and to take the steps to heal. If you're reading this page, you have that courage and strength. Your trauma experience is unique to you and your circumstances, and on our retreat, you will receive safe, nonjudgmental, trauma-sensitive care. You will be gently supported and guided by a well-trained team who respects your dignity and value. You will be heard and your trauma acknowledged, and you will be empowered to develop a new way of seeing yourself, to learn new coping skills, and to aim for a new future.

Our retreat uniquely provides:

  • Activities and exercises uniquely developed to help you to safely progress through the stages of grief physically, psychologically, and spiritually.

  • Powerful scripture-based meditations that help you enter deeply into the Word of God, while encountering Jesus powerfully and experiencing His love and compassion.

  • On our Catholic retreats, you will have the opportunity to attend daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
